- Complimentary BBQ meal for all with lunch and the exhibits located in the same building
- Sponsorships available:
- Hospitality Level ($1,000 includes exhibit space, signage for ice cream, milk, and top billing for lunch)
- Lunch Level ($500 includes signage at lunch, does not include exhibit space)
- Exhibit spaces available:
- Tabletop inside the pavilion ($250 per 10'x6' booth with a 6' table provided). Can purchase multiple booths.
- Exhibit set up evening before or morning of event
- No water hookup and limited electric outlets provided at exhibit spaces
- Register and pay fees by May 29, 2026. $250 indoor or $300 outdoor. Booths are 10'x6' deep. Exhibitors may set up night before or prior to 9:00 am the day of the event.
